Manager Steve Heath(?) offered assistance as our preferred salesman, Steve Heck, was not in. You can feel that this is an excellent family owned business from the attitude and atmosphere. Honest terrific staff. Second Subaru in our family with Steve Heck as our salesman. He is terrific in all support. We would not buy from another dealer or salesman. We don’t need Costco, True Car, or any other buying support with an excellent trustworthy dealer. I don’t remember the delivery specialist’s name, (Ed?), but he knew and patiently explained every button and detail. More
