Repeat customer of Rafferty Subaru I bought my 1st new vehicle from Rafferty Subaru in 1999 and several more used vehicles and another new vehicle since, including my most recent purcha I bought my 1st new vehicle from Rafferty Subaru in 1999 and several more used vehicles and another new vehicle since, including my most recent purchase, a used 2014 Outback. I found that Rafferty Subaru is a nice place to do business and have always had a pleasant experience. The staffs are friendly and courteous. I bought my vehicles through the help of Rafferty salesperson Mr. Ronnie B. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous; always answers inquires and concerns promptly and pleasantly. Rafferty Subaru stands behind their warranty. As some of my purchases were used, a couple of minor post-purchase concerns surfaced. Mr. Ronnie B. and the staffs were very helpful in getting an amicable and satisfactory solution. I would recommend Rafferty Subaru to a friend. More

The entire process from pre-sales (Kevin, shout out!) to Sales (Jen, amazing smart woman) and Finance (Tom, easy to deal with, no pressure) was flawless. Purchasing a Subaru here was a very positive experience. We crossed shopped with Toyota (RAV4 Hybrid) and the main selling point for getting the Sub? The experience at the dealership. The staff know their cars and trims and options and i never (NEVER) felt pressured, lied to, or just there as another person to make a sale to. They care and it shows. Thanks Rafferty! More

customer service not a priority had an appt and somehow the guy decided not to be there for the appt. 10 minutes waiting for someone else to talk to us...while 4 salesman stand the had an appt and somehow the guy decided not to be there for the appt. 10 minutes waiting for someone else to talk to us...while 4 salesman stand there doing nothing and a salesman preferring to eat a cupcake instead of wait on a customer. what a shame.....dude that was a 30k cupcake.hope it was REALLY GOOD....guess you don't need the sale. absolutely awful customer service. More
