Upon arrival, I was greeted by the pleasant staff and within minutes I was introduced to my Salesman - Mark Hughes. Mark was phenominal and made the entire experience stress free. He was very knowledgable and not pushy. He took time to understand what was most important to me and helped me weigh the options for the various Crosstrek packages. During the test drive, Mark anwered all my questions and took ample time to clearly explain all of the technology. He worked with me and their finance team to get to a number that made me comfortable. The finance team was also very friendly and worked quickly to get the deal wrapped up. To top it all off, the car needed to be detailed and wasn't going to be ready for a few hours so Mark offered to pick me up at home and bring me back to the dealership. Very customer focused. When I got the car later in the day, Mark took time to walk me through all the buttons. By the time I left the lot I was very confident on how to operate the vehicle. He suggested that I come back in a few weeks to ask any questions that I might have. The experience was 100% postivie. More

I was nervous going into it because I had a very specific price point I wanted to focus on. My sales rep was Mark Hughes and he was beyond helpful, while also remaining patient as I shifted through my concerns. He provided all the information i wanted without pressuring me to buy/lease/or sell. He helped me get a fair price for my trade in, and worked diligently with in my budget so I was still getting the car I wanted with out feeling that I over extended myself. The financing aspect was painless as well, and while I was working with that agent, Mark went out and changed over my license plate- one less thing to worry about. After that, he spent 30 minutes going through each feature with me in the drivers seat. I love my new car, and I would definitely work with Rafferty Subaru in the future. More

Simple and easy This was our third time purchasing a Subaru at Rafferty. Our sales professional was Ben Weyant. He was new when we came out to Rafferty in April of 20 This was our third time purchasing a Subaru at Rafferty. Our sales professional was Ben Weyant. He was new when we came out to Rafferty in April of 2017. You would never have known that Ben was new to Rafferty Subaru. We were between an Impresa or a Crosstrek. Ben let both my husband and I drive both vehicles to see which car better suited our comfort and needs. Ben never pressured us into one vehicle or the other. He presented an unbiased representation of both cars. In the end we went with the Crosstrek and have loved this car. Ben arranged for our 'orientation' to the Crosstrek's onboard computer system and features. Ben followed up with us and made sure we were happy with our decision. He has kept in touch over the year we have had the Crosstrek to ensure that all our needs are being met. I would highly recommend Ben Weyant as a new car sales representative at Rafferty Subaru.
