Very Unexpected Great Experience Purchasing a New Car My journey began with an inquiry via the Costco Automotive program. Jennifer was quick to respond to set-up time for me to visit the dealership. I will admit after setting a time for some reason I was dreading my visit to work out a deal to trade in my car for a new CrossTrek. My concerns were quickly put to the side with the introduction to Mark, my new car sales person. Mark sat down with me and took out a piece a paper and began to ask me what I was looking for in a car. Within a short period of time Mark and I were out for a test drive. The next part was working on a trade and numbers for the Crosstrek. To my surprise, I was offered a fair price for my BMW. Understand I had worked with a friend to obtain a Manheim report, but I never had to referencing having this report. Next came the sales close process. There was no hard sales, no push to buy an extended maintenance program, only a reference to the "Subaru Equity Shield" protection plan. Finally, we moved to the finance part of this experience. Here we, my wife and myself, sat down to work with Tom. We ended up there for a little bit but it was not due to the paperwork since Tom has this process down but it was because we ended up sharing stories about families. All I can say is after signing the paperwork for my CrossTrek, my and I turned and said to each other this was the right place to come for this car. More

I was dropping off my WRX and thought I'd see if they had a new model in stock "just to check out". I was introduced to Ben Weyant and after an honestly enjoyable hour or so I was leaving in a 2018 WRX in the exact color and with the specific package I wanted! It really was that easy. And "enjoyable" is not hyperbole! Ben is one of the nicest people I've met in a in long time, he made the whole experience truly pain-free!
