Low key and knowledgeable staff make a great experience I was in the market for a new car, more specifically a WRX. Thankfully I ran into Jen. As a WRX owner herself she was a wealth of knowledge and ever I was in the market for a new car, more specifically a WRX. Thankfully I ran into Jen. As a WRX owner herself she was a wealth of knowledge and every question or concern was promptly and directly answered. Jen's friendliness, deep knowledge, and low key/casual/no pressure attitude was really refreshing after being a customer of several high pressure Chester County area dealerships. Jim McDonald in the finance department was fast and efficient without sacrificing quality and a personal touch. He answered multiple questions without hesitation and was eager to explain every document put in front of me. Overall this was a rather surprising car buying experience because of these four things: -I received a fair trade-in value for my used vehicle -I found the exact color and trim level I was in the market for and there was no upselling to be found -I received an honest price for a new car -The staff was friendly, open, and efficient 10/10 I'll be back. Not happy with price I recieved for my trade in I bought a new 2018 Crosstrek from Rafferty in Newtown Square through the Costco Auto program. Very good program and very nice car, I really love it. Everything went great until it was time to sell my trade in card to them. I had just put a set of new tires on the car that cost me $600 and set of brakes that also cost $600 which I told them in advance. They came at me with a trade in price of $2,000 and said the car had a few dents so that was all they could give me. I said no thanks and was about to leave when they offered me another $1,000 that I foolishly took. A week later I saw the car on their lot for $8700.00. I really thought I was dealing with a fair dealership that would be fair with me but now I feel that this is a typical car dealership that tries to rip you and make as much as they can off you. So I guess they did make a lot of money off of me. I am the fool for excepting the offer but I did not realize the value of my trade in so they got me and feel that they could have been fair and not tried to low ball me. I am very disappointed with this dealer and will probably never deal with them again. Seller beware! More

She seemed to be quite familiar with the vehicles and sensitive to what we were looking for. Parking was limited at the dealership, but we know improvements are coming soon in that area. Otherwise the dealership was very comfortable. Liked the fireplace! We really liked the orientation to the new vehicle which was given to us on day we picked up our new car. Best of all we feel that we bought a good high quality vehicle with a good safety record, reasonable gas mileage, good resale value and the added features which were important to us. More
