I took the car in to get puncture in my tire plugged. I had a screw punctured into the tire. I was getting a loaner and was told to get in early in the morning so that I could get done early. I drop my vehicle off for a broken radio, they charge me $60 to tell me I had a broken radio and they wouldn’t have the part. I needed to go somewhere else.
