Rafferty Subaru

My 2020 Forester went in for inspection/emissions. I brought it in the night before. I was contacted once around 9:00-9:30 am to check that my insurance and registration were in the vehicle because th I brought it in the night before. I was contacted once around 9:00-9:30 am to check that my insurance and registration were in the vehicle because they were not included in the night Dropbox. I did not hear back from them. I called around 4:30 to find out whether my car was finished. I was informed there had been a backlog, which delayed the work. 15 minutes or so after that call, I received a call informing me that they changed my oil for free as a demonstration of apologizing for the inconvenience. I would award 5 stars had I not needed to follow up on the status of my car. I awarded 2 additional stars for the dealership providing the additional service. Final total: 4 stars More
