I bought a used Subaru Crosstrek. The selection was much larger than I had expected, and I was able to find a car with the trim level and mileage I hoped for to start this process. Overall, I had a positive experience when purchasing a used 2018 Crosstrek from Rafferty. + & - listed below. + From the start the staff at Rafferty respected my poor hearing and dealt with me via email used 2018 Crosstrek from Rafferty. + & - listed below. + From the start the staff at Rafferty respected my poor hearing and dealt with me via email instead of the phone. While this made it easier for me to discuss items, it was likely more effort on the part of the staff. + Mike Magness, sales, did an outstanding job throughout the process. We messaged several times leading up to the visit and he answered every question I asked. He had the car ready for us when we arrived at the dealership and devoted himself to helping us while test driving, explaining the vehicle and payment methods. Mr. Magness is a competent, knowledgeable professional. He is also a good salesman as we had not set our minds to buy the car on this visit but we came home with it. + Jeanette Prestia, Business Manager, is a plus. She walked us through warranty and payment options. She pointed out the warranty options, additional protection plans without high pressuring us. To me this is big. It's nice to hear about paint protection, wheel repair etc, but I have had dealerships not take no for an answer. Kudos to Ms. Prestia. - From the time I first inquired about this vehicle I communicated with at least 3 different individuals at the store. I answered some of the same questions to at least two different individuals. The hand offs got a little confusing for this 74 year old. If possible when someone emails, calls or texts you give the customer the name of the sales person who he/she will be dealing with from the start. I realize it's difficult with schedules and what not but realize it can get confusing for the customer. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional but it got confusing. - It was a long day! Take this as a comment, not a concern. I don't know how it could have been expedited and Mike was solicitous of our needs so we got through it. I doubt there is a way to fix this one, particularly in the case like ours where all the preliminaries were done online and it was the first time we saw your car and you got a look at ours. All in all, thanks to your staff for working through this with us. At this time I will say that I would buy from Rafferty again. More

This is our first Subaru and the first time dealing with Rafferty Subaru. We were made to feel welcome the minute we stepped inside the showroom. Steve, Eli & Chris were wonderful to work with and we were a Rafferty Subaru. We were made to feel welcome the minute we stepped inside the showroom.
