On Jun21st I picked up my vehicle after it shut down while driving on a highway. I was told that fuel pump connectors had been replaced by the service department. After driving the vehicle for 456 miles while driving on a highway. I was told that fuel pump connectors had been replaced by the service department. After driving the vehicle for 456 miles, the malfunction occurred again today. While talking with a Subaru headquarters representative, I reviewed the paperwork that I was given from my last visit on the 21st of June which shows I paid $240 for labor and that nothing had actually been changed or replaced on my car. This directly contradicts what I was told by the service manager. While my car was with this dealer it was a struggle to get a loaner vehicle which was also frustrating. More

With the Subaru brand being reliable the salesman don’t have to pressure you into buying a vehicle. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You won’t feel pressured. I have always had excellent customer service. I wasn’t as impressed this time around. I used express which I don’t ever do. There was more waiting and a general lack of communication. My car sat waiting in the completed line for 30 mins. It wasn’t until I went back up to the counter did he start to check me out. Also no reminders of the other things that my car needed ( I had skipped rear brakes at my last visit). Just didn’t seem as attentive to details or customer focused as my past visits. More
