Greeted quickly and a salesman approached us and asked us if we were familiar with the brand, told him this was our first subaru and we were looking at the forrester or outback he had both brought around fro if we were familiar with the brand, told him this was our first subaru and we were looking at the forrester or outback he had both brought around front so we could compare them head to head and explained the many safety features of them prior to our test drive. The test drive route was pleasant and allowed us to experience the car without a lot of traffic. The salesman was able to answer most questions and was honest when he didn't know the answer in regards to the forrester wilderness model, he did use his resources upon arrival at the dealership to get our question answered accurately. Drop of the on Tuesday they told me they were going to call me that afternoon no follow up. On Wednesday no call then on Thursday I had to call 3 times before I got someone. I had to ask where my service call me that afternoon no follow up. On Wednesday no call then on Thursday I had to call 3 times before I got someone. I had to ask where my service person was they told me he was off that day. So why every time I called is extension no mention of being off that day . It wasn’t until around 3:00 pm I found out he was not in today. Made me really angry I wasted all day waiting for phone call oh by the way this was third time this car was at this dealership and I car is still not right with the ideal problem. More
