Overall Rafferty Subaru has been good. This last time was an exception. I took my Forester in to get the AC worked on as it was not working and noticed after the repair that it was not con This last time was an exception. I took my Forester in to get the AC worked on as it was not working and noticed after the repair that it was not consistently blowing cold air. I ended up taking it back a few days later. They tested for a refrigerant leak and found another leak that was going to cost double the initial repair. This was too expensive for me to have done. I wish that they had found everything wrong with the AC system in the initial diagnosis as I would have not done the initial incomplete repair and been out that cash. More

Came back for a brake replacement they said I needed, to be told I didn’t actually. I had to point out tires needed to be rotated after my car was already down from an oil change. It took 3 years of complaining that my key kept getting stuck in the ignition and a repair notice before they finally fixed it, and they couldn’t tell me why the back of my console was off when I got home without me taking it back in. If you’re getting an express service, do not trust the multipoint inspection- they have the beginners doing them unsupervised. More
