My car was in for routine service and to have the brakes looked at after just 15k miles. The communication with the dealer could have been better and in a timely manner. The way that my wife and I were spok looked at after just 15k miles. The communication with the dealer could have been better and in a timely manner. The way that my wife and I were spoken to by the Service Advisor and the Service GM could have also been more professional. Seemed like they were making excuses when all I wanted was accountability. This was my first time at this dealer and I was hoping to be a customer for quiet some time since I have an extended warranty on my new Ascent. However after this experience I’m not completely sold on having them service my vehicles. More

I got lucky and they had the car I wanted. But no one wanted to give me the anything. By anything, I mean a 2nd key or touch up the little scratches on the car.
