Oil was changed, cause of noise determined and corrected but problem under hood that I specifically pointed out was not corrected!!! Plastic duct work that feeds air cleaner assembly has defective anchor po but problem under hood that I specifically pointed out was not corrected!!! Plastic duct work that feeds air cleaner assembly has defective anchor points! I also pointed out that it appears that a screw or bolt right and rear of the air cleaner is missing? I specifically pointed out the problem to Kelly Bilbough but the condition was not corrected after my wives car spent near two full days in your shop! Poor quality control in my opinion.
