I enjoyed the wait and I had at least 8 people check on me while I was sitting there for a few hours, considering I lived out of town. Offered refreshments and some stopped to talk for a few moments. I had an 11 am appointment and they took my truck right in. Reception was great. I had an issue with my windshield washer. There was also a recall. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. When the mechanhcal tech was done, Ariel informed me of the required parts, total replacement costs and approximate time for repairs. She also verified whether or not the items were under warranty.She also made sure the proper replacement parts were placed on order. When the parts were received, Ariel immediately contacted me to schedule the necessary repairs. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ariel. Rainbow Dodge of McComb has the best Service Departnent of all the dealerships I have had to deal with. I look forward to my next appointment next Tuesday. More
