No signage to say “check in inside”. Unclear check in process. Asked for issue to be addressed with my new car, was told issues was fixed, after leaving it was observed issue was still Unclear check in process. Asked for issue to be addressed with my new car, was told issues was fixed, after leaving it was observed issue was still present. Went directly back and was told I would have to wait 1.5 hr for service team to be available to look at issue. When issue was identified, was told to go to another dealer/service department due to lack of rental cars. More
