Anthony put the deal together and held the vehicle for us until after Mardi Gras. We had an amazing experience with our salesperson AJ Adams and in finance with Matt. The text messages I received said they are working on pricing and availability but no one got back to me. We almost did not go to the Rainbow dealership due to that. It is now my understanding that service is outsourced: your likely losing a lot of customers if they are having the same experience. A week later, as we were sitting in the dealership, I got an message from "Sophia" asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. More
