We found the vehicle we were looking for online, went to the dealership to take a look and test drive. We let Rainbow know we were coming and when. The vehicle was out front but it was dirty inside and out. the dealership to take a look and test drive. We let Rainbow know we were coming and when. The vehicle was out front but it was dirty inside and out. It turned out to be just what we were looking for so we made an offer that was accepted. When reviewing all of the dealership extra charges we found almost $1000 of completely bogus fees. I work in the automotive service and this dealership is what gives the industry a bad reputation.
