This is the second time I have brought my truck in for service. I arrived 30 minutes early and sat down to wait. After 3 hours I went to the service representative to check the status only to be told my v service. I arrived 30 minutes early and sat down to wait. After 3 hours I went to the service representative to check the status only to be told my vehicle has been ready for 2 hours. I was told they called my name. once. They never followed up and I could have sat there the entire day without knowing my truck was ready i lost 2 hours of work because I had to use the restroom and missed the 1 call. This happened last time as well so i guess shame on me. There will not be a 3rd time. More

No signage to say “check in inside”. Unclear check in process. Asked for issue to be addressed with my new car, was told issues was fixed, after leaving it was observed issue was still Unclear check in process. Went directly back and was told I would have to wait 1.5 hr for service team to be available to look at issue. When issue was identified, was told to go to another dealer/service department due to lack of rental cars. More
