After having my most racist experience at the cdjr dealership in Renton I decided to try my luck at the Kirkland dealership. Before I made the drive all the way up there I called the store and asked t dealership in Renton I decided to try my luck at the Kirkland dealership. Before I made the drive all the way up there I called the store and asked them specific questions about the vehicle I was inquiring and over the phone they just kept telling me to come in and they can definitely help me out. When I got there the greeting I got was not the warmest. I sat down with them and asked them the same question I asked before. They weren’t willing to work with me the way they were speaking to me on the phone. I asked specific questions about lease prices and they proceed to tell me numbers that didn’t even make sense at all especially when you do the calculations. After I expressed me concern about the numbers not making any sense they proceeded to tell me that if they don’t make sense to me than that just sucks and that the numbers will make sense to someone else. It seems to be a constant trend of cdjr dealerships not wanting to help me out. It’s probably because I am an African man in my 20s. I would recommend everyone to look elsewhere especially if you’re like me. More
