My car currently has four recalls, and the dealership addressed two of them. I don’t understand why there are so many recalls in the first place. Unfortunately, the loaner car was in very poor condition. It was extremely dirty, with a strong odor and a large amount of dog hair throughout the interior. I had to vacuum it three times and disinfect it myself, and even then, there was still dog hair left. I had signed an agreement stating that no pets would be allowed in the vehicle, so this was very disappointing. On a positive note, the person who assisted me was very kind and helpful throughout the process. More
