David in service was so nice and helped me out when the other dealers could not. They got my car in right away, had all the parts i needed and went above and beyond. They even washed my car! My husband and I went to buy a Jeep here. We worked with Justin and had a terrible experience. It was the most unprofessional experience we have ever had buying a car. He was pushy and dishon We worked with Justin and had a terrible experience. It was the most unprofessional experience we have ever had buying a car. He was pushy and dishonest. He told us we could trade in our car knowing we didn’t have the title, but that turned into a problem after we signed the contract. He wasn’t helpful in the slightest and was extremely rude on the phone. We bought a nicer Jeep at a different dealer with better customer service. Go somewhere else because Rairdon’s isn’t worth the headache More
