David Libby the manager was not only rude but he made sure I left very unsatisfied becaus in all my years dealing with car makers including Infiniti. Despite the fact that I have purchased a lifetime warranty for my wrangler I had to pay $900 to get rotors and brake pads swapped at 21K miles. To add insult, they were not able to change the TPMS si warranty for my wrangler I had to pay $900 to get rotors and brake pads swapped at 21K miles. To add insult, they were not able to change the TPMS since they said it was not factory it was not covered under the warranty. I had to take my jeep to les Schwab. At Les Schwab I found out not only that the TPMS were the stock ones but they just had to be retrained since the jeep dealer had rotated my tires last time and did not retrain. Absolutely ridiculous. I could not care less about the $83 I had to pay to the Schwab but the waste of MY TIME. More

Went in today to look at a Wrangler and ended up trading in my Renegade and driving off the lot with an incredible new car. Nate (or Nathan? by that point I was blacking out with excitement) in Finance was very chill, explained everything perfectly and in an easy to understand why, and was also more than willing to work with me to keep things under the budget I had set. If it wasn’t for these two great guys I would have never driven off the lot in a new car today. So elated, I got my dream Wrangler - in my budget! More
