I was made to run pillar to post for my grand Cherokee, this had been the worst experience for me buying car. Never again I'm buying anything in this dealer ship. Karl Henry was disrespectful and has t this had been the worst experience for me buying car. Never again I'm buying anything in this dealer ship. Karl Henry was disrespectful and has turned away from all the promises he made while selling car, which is only 2 things - Extra pair of keys and car mats. He completely denied that he did not make that promises and this is unacceptable. After 14 emails, 6 phone calls, 13 days and 4 visit, I got my hitch done for which I payed 950$ and then I'm still left with out extra key. Kevin Graham took responsibility and covered me for mats, which I appreciate. Regardless a very bad experience to me. More
I purchased a new vehicle at Rairdon's this weekend. It was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership. I have been in contact with Zizi for a few weeks, checking on pricing on various models. was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership. I have been in contact with Zizi for a few weeks, checking on pricing on various models. When I finally decided to visit, she was ready with the exact vehicles I was inquiring about. She was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and very flexible as I went through my decision process. Finalizing the price was easy (no pressure), and we completed the paperwork fairly fast. She even followed up with me since my purchase. It was a great experience - I highly recommend Rairdon's (and especially Zizi!). More
Zizi helped me with my 3rd car purchase . Always very professional and fun to work with. I highly recommend working with her , she is no BS and straight to the point. professional and fun to work with. I highly recommend working with her , she is no BS and straight to the point. More

AlStein Did a great job going over a lot of the numbers for me and familiar rising myself with how to use all of the cars Controls. Good communication, follow up and reasonable sales experience but: the real test is the support provided after the sale - not great Simple empathy and support to resolve issues is important experience but: the real test is the support provided after the sale - not great Simple empathy and support to resolve issues is important More
Recently bought a new ram 2500 good price for the truck and trade. Sales staff clearly has little knowledge of the products they offer or where to find the information and offer little help to there new sa and trade. Sales staff clearly has little knowledge of the products they offer or where to find the information and offer little help to there new salesman to basic questions. Had the manager ZIzi quote me for a goose neck hitch because they would not do it in the trade at a whopping $4000 when there Monroe store quoted me $1300 she was absolutely ignorant and clueless. I also was quoted good deal for a bedliner by Chelsea which was the normal price. And still waiting for a call back to schedule a time for a bed liner which I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in the service that I was offered. More
Karl attempted to lure us into a dealership to sell a 2000mile used RAM 1500 as new. Then never showed up! Treated our family horribly. When confronted about it, Karl played it off and said that it was c 2000mile used RAM 1500 as new. Then never showed up! Treated our family horribly. When confronted about it, Karl played it off and said that it was common for GMs to drive new vehicles as a company car but then sell them as new cars. He also told us he would not discount the vehicle anymore and either take it or leave it. Karl asked several more times if we were still going to come in. He went even as far as proclaiming he was doing us a favor coming in on his day off. He also said he wouldn't go into the dealership if we weren't serious about buying. We didn't reply, went against our instinct, and went in any way to deal with the GM Kevin Graham instead. We drove over an hour to find out this dealership was super ghetto, had little inventory, and wanted to sell you vehicles without ever seeing them. Karl thinks he is smooth-talking. At first, he gives you friendly and accommodating. Wait a bit longer, maybe ask an intelligent question or two, and Karl turns impatient, short, pushy, and lazy. Don't expect to get an honest, good deal with him. Other reviewers and people who said they did well with Karl were just outplayed and outwitted. Don't fall for it. Taylor "Red" is a fast-talking, blusterer who thinks that he can talk his way around a sale, when in fact, he doesn't want to lift a finger to get one. "Red" thinks he can sweet talk you into ignoring intelligence and data. More
