When we saw the new Dodge Rams, we were beyond impressed. We could not resist a test drive. Jordan our salesman was beyond amazing. No high pressure sales. He was right on top of getting the trucks we wanted to drive ready to go. He thoughtfully answered all of our questions and really helped us make a decision that was best for us. Not only did we decide to trade in our Jeep and buy a new Dodge Ram, the entire Rairdon. Team from Jordan to to sales manager to the finance manager worked tirelessly to get us the best rate on our financing. I can easily say they went above and beyond for us. The entire experience was positive and pleasant. I have never been able to say that about a vehicle purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great and honest service. I will be a customer for life! More
I came in on a Saturday to test drive a 2018 ram 1500 with Zizi great visit. When I got there another salesman told me they just sold the truck.He told me that he had a 2017 ram out front that he could make the same deal on.I was pissed.Decided to take it for a drive,I came inside to talk about a price.He then told me the truck was going to be 5000 more , so much for the same deal.After getting up and then walking out a manager followed me out talked me into a sale and a 4000 dollar warranty. Glad to be done with shifty salesman.Sad that I didn’t get the truck I came to buy. Rant over I will never go back. More

I just had the same experience as the commenter below me with the same employees. We had used Rairdon's website to figure out the trade in amount and when we got to the dealership they tried offering $7000 with the same employees. We had used Rairdon's website to figure out the trade in amount and when we got to the dealership they tried offering $7000 less! Then they started with the typical predatory sales tactics by changing numbers around, including taking rebates we qualified for and trying to take our tax credit for the trade in. At the end, we left because they couldn't get the numbers right. That should have been the end of an unfortunately wasted afternoon, but they called me the next morning asking how we could make a deal. I told them all they had to do was honor the original trade in value. They agreed! Great!...Not so fast. I asked them to email me the out the door price before I went back in (I live an hour and a half away). They refused and after hours of back and forth their numbers were still shady and at least $2K more, which they could not explain where the cost was coming from. To add insult to injury, they talked to me like I backed out on a deal. This type of business practice should have been dead long ago. Warning to others, if you go to buy a vehicle, know your numbers through and through and do not let them bully you with their predatory tactics. If the numbers don't work, walk away. More
