Here are some details. 1st issue, there was no gasket in the third brake light, so my under-seat compartments filled with water. I made an appointment and was told the repair would take 4 hours. Its two screws and yes it did take 4 hours somehow. 2nd. the steering linkage came apart while driving. I put it back together and took it in after making an appointment to have it and the alignment checked. I was told that it would take 4 hours. As a former automotive technician for many years, I had some concerns with this so I went outside and saw a tech take my truck for a drive (5min max) and then parked it, where it stayed for the remaining 3hr and 55 min. unacceptable customer service. period. I called ahead to make an appointment for an oil change. I was told no need because they have express oil change. Their “express” was 2 1/2 hours!! If the person would have checked the computer, they would have seen I already had the work done 20k earlier than recommended. It takes 2 minutes for them to check.
