Last night (Tuesday) the tire pressure light came on. You would think to check the air pressure after a rotation or any kind of service would for sure be One of the inspections they talk about. Sure the weather is a bit colder now but one day? The readings were all over the place. No. Im kind of wondering what else I paid for that wasn’t done.... More

Lackluster customer service We took our grand Cherokee here to have an oil pump replaced (55,000 miles). Got a call saying the car is done and ready to be picked up. We showed up several hours later, paid the invoice, and were told to they’d bring it right around. I had gone back into the office 4 separate times over the course of 30 minutes to ask about the car, very little regard was shown. Finally after coming in the last time, the office lady seemed to make some sort of effort to actually get the car moved around. It was very clear there wasn’t a single employee who gave a xxxx. This is something we won’t forget. More
