Excellent experience. Service dept (led by Tim and Jordan). They were always on hand, even when I heard a weird sound or needed a loaner!! Today I was inquiring about a new car possibility. Loving my PT made a new car feel boring until I chatted with Zizi!!! She heard my concerns as well as details of my love affair with my yellow bird (the 2007 PT!) It felt like shopping at Nordstrom. She picked the car and the color and I drove it...to my delight!! My budgetary needs ( considering that I was NOT going to buy a car today!) took some “figuring” yet zizi and Kevin (her cohort!) made it happen!! NOT with Nordstrom pricing! Next came Nate! Explaining finance and signature requests was his job yet he was so much more than that!! HE is a delightful HUMAN!! As are all humans that I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Rairdin in Kirkland! Go there first when u need wheels!!👌😎 More
Financing Issues with this place bring your own financing! I bought two vehicles at the same time and I wish I didn't buy any here. First, I talked with an awesome sales guy online got sold on a couple of car I bought two vehicles at the same time and I wish I didn't buy any here. First, I talked with an awesome sales guy online got sold on a couple of cars where I was then taken into financing to pay for them. When I went into financing the Financing person spent 20 minutes bashing the quality of the car and telling me I have to have a warranty for my vehicle. After refusing I finally wraped up I thought. I went home happy with my two vehicles thinking what a horrible experience but its over we got what we wanted whatever. I get a call saying that there was an "Error in paperwork" and I need to come in and fix it. I told him no thank you I am happy with my loan. He told me that he needs me to come in to fix this in order to make sure the dealership can make some money on the vehicle. I explained that I don't want to spend my day back in a dealership and that I am sorry but I can't make the trip. He then proceeded to call my wife telling her that her financing fell through and that she needed to come in to sign some paperwork. We arrive on a saturday and after spending over an hour waiting for the finance people to talk with us we get back to a room where we go over my paperwork. In the room I ask for the previous paperwork so I can compare side by side. The finance manager assures me that they are the same and asked if I trust him. I said I dont trust anyone when it comes to financing so I would like to compare. He gets the paper work for me and I start comparing where I find a difference in payment and I asked why is my payments higher then it was before. He insisted they are the same and that I should just sign it. I refused and said I wont sign until they are exactly what it was when I came in the first time. He sighs and says "ok...fine...You win." He changes my financing back to what it was and says " There are you happy?" Shocked I sign the paperwork and we go to my wife's vehicle financing and once again the paperwork is completely different. I bring this up to him and he said "I didn't do this deal I dont know can you please sign it I am very busy." Against my wishes and with my wife fed up with the experience we sign the paperwork and we leave. It has now been several weeks and my wife doesn't have any financing terms sent to her about what we signed. I have called the dealership several times. The first time I was straight hung up on. I called back and told can we call you back. Never getting a call back. The third time I speak to someone from the finance department who tells me. The deal is done don't worry it takes 4-6 weeks to get it all done. It has been 6 weeks now since we bought our car and we still don't have my wifes financing. So I called back today. I got a let me transfer you and I was hung up on. So I called again and asked to speak to a General manager. Still haven't had this issue resolved and have spent way to much time dealing with this and I frankly just want them to take my vehicles back at this point. More

After the third service attempt, what I asked to be checked actually ended up being the problem. Accessory parts installations are not done completely, to the documented instructions that come with the kit. I don't mind paying a premium for dealer service, I do expect to get the premium service that I am paying for. More

We experienced a true "bait and switch" and will be reporting to the WA State Attorney General next. Rairdon's of Kirkland had a "internet special" on a Jeep Renegade advertised on their website. We went in to buy the vehicle but they told us it was out on a test drive. We said we would wait and if the drivers didn't purchase the car, we would. Rairdon's finally admitted the vehicle wasn't out on a test drive, but that they couldn't start the car and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't run. But one of the Sales Managers agreed to sell us one of 2 other same year, same configuration Jeep Renegades. We agreed and they took us to an offsite lot where the first alternate vehicle was located. It wouldn't start. So they took us to a second offsite lot for the second alternate vehicle and it started and we agreed to purchase it. We "test drove" it back to the dealership and started filling out the paperwork. They put several options in front of us, all starting at the special price, for a financing option, an extended warranty, and a maintenance agreement. We continued to tell them that we were not interested in any of those options and just wanted the base car at the advertised price. Finally, after a total of 3 hours wasted at the dealership, a new Sales Manager came over and told us they would not be able to sell the alternate vehicle at the sale price, but would have to charge $4000 more. Buyer beware of Rairdon's of Kirkland. Now on to the Attorney General. More
