Service Manager disappointing I find the dealership, the service agents, the mechanics and the shuttle driver to be exceptional, so I was perplexed when I waited at the counter to I find the dealership, the service agents, the mechanics and the shuttle driver to be exceptional, so I was perplexed when I waited at the counter to pick up my vehicle while the cashier had stepped away, and the Service manager stayed in her office and didn’t make an effort to assist. I even asked someone to help, he asked the manager, she just said to him that the person would be back shortly. Well I was there in clear view for 10 minutes. When the sole service agent became free, he immediately helped, and I was on my way in 1 minute. The Service Manager should add customer service to her goals for 2019. More

Rairdon's truly believes in a culture of care. I recently visited this dealership to take a look at, test drive, and work out pricing on a New 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. As a former Chrysler emplo I recently visited this dealership to take a look at, test drive, and work out pricing on a New 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. As a former Chrysler employee, I was very impressed with the warm welcome I was given. I had already set up an appointment with Josh Withey (Internet Manager) the night before in order to look at a specific vehicle. I submitted an internet inquiry to confirm availability and location of the Wrangler. Josh called me almost immediately to let me know it was down there. This was super helpful because I live almost two hours away from their Kirkland Location. When I got down there, Josh had the vehicle up front with keys in hand. We did a walk-around and quickly jumped right into the test drive. In my opinion, this is fast and excellent customer service. Nobody wants to wait around for a Sales Person to find a vehicle on the lot or have it transported from an extra inventory location down the road. The test drive featured up hills and downhills with winding roads and even a light off-roading trail where we experienced driving in 4 High and Low. Fun! Back at the dealership, we worked out numbers and I even got to meet Kevin the General Manager. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this dealership. They will treat you like family. More

Stay away Don't trust these guys, I bought three cars with them and in retrospective I have realized always unfair deals. I don't know why I came back to them.. Last deal has been embarrassing, they undervalued my trade-in (to sell it later 7000 USD higher) and overvalued a long stay in the lot car. They also offered the Chrysler Capital loan to get the higher discount but interest rate is quite high and the service does not even respond to the multiple email I sent. To my consolation, now I know I have to stay away, I'll never be their customer anymore. More
Bait and Switch I called in and Brenda informed me that the vehicle I wanted to test drive was available, I made an appointment to be there in a hour she’s said that I called in and Brenda informed me that the vehicle I wanted to test drive was available, I made an appointment to be there in a hour she’s said that was great, when I arrived I waited for Brenda for 10 minutes for her to tell me that the vehicle was just taken to the auction for them to sell it. Then she walked away saying sorry. I left the premises since I leave in Auburn and was not planning on fighting 5 o’clock traffic. She then called me asking me to return saying why didn’t I looked at other vehicles similar to the one I was looking at. LOL Talk about a bait and switch tactic. This place is a horrible place to purchase anything. More

Poor communication and lacking expectation setting Scheduled for a warranty recall and oil change. Had loaner car scheduled for entire day. At checkin, was told repair was 30 minutes and with oil change car would be done in less the. 2 hours. Suggested I just wait but told him I had a meeting I had to attend close by but I would alter my plans and stay local asking service rep to call when service was complete (but that I would plan to pick up between 2-3 hours. 3 hours came and went. I called rep and got vmail. At 3 1/2 hours rep called and said the truck was just getting moved into the garage at that time. I asked if the service would be complete in an hour and he said they needed to end of day. Needless to say I was fumed as I had rescheduled all my meetings and now had to reschedule again. I communicated this to the service rep and nicely stated I was frustrated. Rep finally called at 4:30 to say vehicle was ready just in time for me to have to drive back in traffic. When I arrived, the service rep didn't even go over the work completed, just pointed me the cashier and said she had the paperwork. I have used this dealership numerous other times and the service reps always go over the work and mechanic recommendations. I asked the cashier who I could talk to and stated I was frustrated. The service supervisor came and discussed the situation with me. Explained that they were understaffed. I said the issue was not that it took all day, the issue was lack if communication after resetting my expectation and then not owning up to the mistake and impact it had on my schedule. The supervisor reviewed the work notes and mechanic recommendations, then offered to pull up my vehicle. The cashier asked him about the payment (oil change charge as the rest of the service was a warranty recall). The supervisor did end up covering the oil change so that was appreciated. The bigger impact though was a total (and unnecessary) waste of my day. Lesson learned, take the loaner for the entire day and don't believe any time estimates provided until they call and say it is done. More

I purchased two other cars here. I will never do it again. This is poor customer service. More
