Then she walked away saying sorry. I left the premises since I leave in Auburn and was not planning on fighting 5 o’clock traffic. She then called me asking me to return saying why didn’t I looked at other vehicles similar to the one I was looking at. LOL Talk about a bait and switch tactic. This place is a horrible place to purchase anything. More

Poor communication and lacking expectation setting Scheduled for a warranty recall and oil change. Had loaner car scheduled for entire day. Suggested I just wait but told him I had a meeting I had to attend close by but I would alter my plans and stay local asking service rep to call when service was complete (but that I would plan to pick up between 2-3 hours. 3 hours came and went. I called rep and got vmail. At 3 1/2 hours rep called and said the truck was just getting moved into the garage at that time. I asked if the service would be complete in an hour and he said they needed to end of day. Needless to say I was fumed as I had rescheduled all my meetings and now had to reschedule again. I communicated this to the service rep and nicely stated I was frustrated. Rep finally called at 4:30 to say vehicle was ready just in time for me to have to drive back in traffic. When I arrived, the service rep didn't even go over the work completed, just pointed me the cashier and said she had the paperwork. I have used this dealership numerous other times and the service reps always go over the work and mechanic recommendations. I asked the cashier who I could talk to and stated I was frustrated. The service supervisor came and discussed the situation with me. Explained that they were understaffed. I said the issue was not that it took all day, the issue was lack if communication after resetting my expectation and then not owning up to the mistake and impact it had on my schedule. The supervisor reviewed the work notes and mechanic recommendations, then offered to pull up my vehicle. The cashier asked him about the payment (oil change charge as the rest of the service was a warranty recall). The supervisor did end up covering the oil change so that was appreciated. The bigger impact though was a total (and unnecessary) waste of my day. Lesson learned, take the loaner for the entire day and don't believe any time estimates provided until they call and say it is done. More

I purchased two other cars here. I will never do it again. This is poor customer service. More

Sales manager avoided my calls all day so I had no idea if/when I could receive the vehicle I already paid for the previous day. I decided to just drive over there before the dealership closed. On the way I called again and they finally said it was ready. That was annoying but not the end of the world. However, while taking delivery, I saw it had less than an 1/8 tank of gas and no front license plate holder (I will need to purchase a special bracket or drill holes into the front bumper for a license plate). The next morning I noticed there was no temporary licence on the back window - it was still sitting on the salesman's desk - lucky I didn't get pulled over. They need to revise their process because this was not one person's fault at the dealership. More

Terrible buying experience. Avoid! In August 2018 I bought my second vehicle from Rairdon's. My first experience in 2013 was good, but this dealership has gone down hill. They are extremely dishonest and will do everything they can to avoid communication with you once they get your signature. They will not follow through on their promises. I strongly recommend you avoid Rairdon. More

I went to trade in my Jeep Grand Cherokee on the exchange program that they were to honor. When I went in they said, " You paid way to much for my Jeep, so I am upside down on my loan." Guess who sold it to me, Rairdons! They were unwilling to make a wrong right, so I am moving on to a new car manufacturer. Shame on you Rairdons! More

The dealership tried to add everything they could onto the deal (service contract, gap insurance, maintenance plan, etch, fabric and paint protection, ect) without asking if I wanted any of it. All that total more that $10,000 to the price. Had to get them to remove most of it (kept the maintenace plan). That took about 2 hours. After I made the deal with the floor manager, we did the paper work. I did pay attention and read the contract when I signed it. A few days later I was reading all the paper work and noticed that they added the service contract back in at a cost of over $2350. The interest rate was also .4 percent high than agreed to. I called the dealership 4 times. Was unable to talk to anyone about this. The next day I drove to the dealer, 2 hours and 40 minutes away. Got to service contract removed (as of this review I haven't receive any information of if the refund will be applied against the loan or I will get a check), and the interest rate was drop to what was agreed to. More
