I also ordered a minor part for the cargo area which did not come with a screw and I was told I need to provide my own screw, "good luck", which for a high end SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, I thought was pretty unprofessional. Mixed, not honest after the sale. I bought a used vehicle, and within less then a week it was determined that the battery was out of date and would not hold a charge (stranded me a cou I bought a used vehicle, and within less then a week it was determined that the battery was out of date and would not hold a charge (stranded me a couple of times). Since the battery was "tested and checked" as a part of the dealership's pre-sale-inspection however it was either not checked or checked and they figured no one would notice. A new battery was quoted at $250+/- but it ended up costing me $155.00 since they did agree to pay half. There inability to perform an honest and thorough pre-sale-check should not cost the buyer. Again not an honest dealership and there "word" means little. More

Buyer Beware!!! They will promise you the world and deliver nothing. I bought a car there and when I took it for it's first oil change discovered it needed all new ti They will promise you the world and deliver nothing. I bought a car there and when I took it for it's first oil change discovered it needed all new tires, a new water pump, and new bushings. $3000 worth of work less than 3 months off the lot!! I was assured the insurance I purchased at way too high of a price would cover everything except the tires, and they were wrong. When I told them that the insurance didn't cover, I was strung along for 3 months with promises of "making it right" and "building a relationship". I'm still waiting for them to make it right. And the 7 day guarantee? Another ruse to lure you into feeling like you have a choice. I was assured they had access to hundreds of cars and in the end they showed me two broken down cars as possibilities if I didn't want the one I purchased. You are nothing but a sale - do not fool yourself into believing otherwise. More

I was very particular in looking for a car, since I was planning to get something This review is for Rairdon's as well as Nate Hamblin specifically. I was very particular in looking for a car, since I was planning to get something to have for at least a decade, and had narrowed my search down precisely to the make, model, year, color, option package, wheels, and beyond. I actually live in Sonoma County, California, but an exhaustive online search indicated that Rairdon's was the only dealer that happened to have exactly the CPO 2016 Grand Cherokee that I wanted that was within a reasonable distance to fly up and drive it home. It was also a terrific price and had low miles. It was a very scary and risky process for me, for any number of reasons. I didn't want to fly up there and find out 1) the car had been sold right before I got there, 2) they wanted to mess around with the price or add a bunch of hidden fees, or 3) the car had some sort of defect or issue that hadn't been disclosed. Because of all these, I had dismissed the idea of flying up several times, but kept coming back to it since I had no idea how long I would have to wait to find the same car with everything I wanted at that kind of price. Nate worked with me over the course of several days, with obviously no assurances that some guy from California was actually going to come up to Washington, and was able to give me the confidence that none of my fears were going to be realized. The night before I flew up, he was working with me up until 10:00 to verify the car was perfect and would still be there when I flew in the next morning. When I met with him, he communicated terrifically through the entire process, never did anything other than what he had indicated the process would be like, and was both friendly and perfectly informative and professional throughout. He was able to figure out exactly what I would need to do to register in California, and after I got back to California, when I had to deal with DMV issues from buying out-of-state, he was still the same guy who was happy and willing and able to help despite the fact that he had already sold me the car. The finance manager was also very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, and there were no hard sales tactics involved. My phone even conked out during my time there, and they helped me find an alternate charger and directed me to the nearest store of my cellular provider where I was able to get it fixed. For what could have been a disaster, Nate and Rairdon's made it flow more smoothly than I probably had any right to hope for. They were great, and went above and beyond what they normally would have needed to do. More
