Service department explains needed repairs thoroughly, in plain language, and there's never a surprise at check out (well, a couple times the bill came in lower than the quote, which was nice). Have purchased two new vehicles from Nate, who is wonderful. For both my husband's 2016 Charger and my 2018 GC Laredo, Nate found exactly the build we wanted, offered a competitive price at the beginning, and no smarmy sales tactics I've encountered at other dealers. Highly recommend. More

Worst experience working with Tim in service I have a dDdge ram 3500 that recently had both batteries and alternator replaced at a NADA certified repair shop. At that time they said the ecm was c I have a dDdge ram 3500 that recently had both batteries and alternator replaced at a NADA certified repair shop. At that time they said the ecm was causing problems and needed to be flashed or replaced at a Dodge delearship. The truck has given me ecm errors over the past couple months numerous time. After taking my truck in to Dodge I was told that I needed to replace the two new batteries I put in since Dodge recommends 850cca and my new ones were only 750cca. He also said they recommended I replace the new alternator that was also just put in. I told him both of them are brand new and I don;t think that's the ptroblem its the ecm. He said they checked the voltage and it was undercharging so after they batteries and the alternator they can retest it. I asked him if they can just flash the ecm. He said there is no flash for the ecm and a new one is $3,700 without installation. I said what, I can but a new one for around $500 on the internet and the local parts store. He again said he can start with replacing the my two batteries and alternator for about $1,300 and then they can retest it. I proceeded to pick up my truck from them and paid $190 for them to do nothing. Took it to another repair shop and after them checking it out they replaced all the battery cables and my truck is fixed. I would not trust their service department and will never go there again. More

Fraud and possible forgery, they did reimburse but lied. Told them three times NOT to add a service agreement of $2800. I signed a load agreement that didn't have the charge BUT they didn't give me a copy o Told them three times NOT to add a service agreement of $2800. This still have not given me a copy of the loan agreement, I allege the fiance guy (Brandon) forged my name on a loan agreement that had the service agreement (I pointed it out and he said oops, to a 2800 mistake). They cut a check to pay on the loan in that amount, it has NOT hit the bank yet so not sure if I believe them. I only have so much room to write but look for your self on reviews, the state of WA has sued theymfor unfair business practices. My experience with them and the lies has made this the worse car buying experience ever! Don't believe me research and see. More

To start this is my 5th car with Rairdon 1st car at the Kirkland dealer John Wright was my salesman again and as usual he was awesome he worked very h To start this is my 5th car with Rairdon 1st car at the Kirkland dealer John Wright was my salesman again and as usual he was awesome he worked very hard to get me a great deal and we were very happy till we got to the finance manager who’s name is Troy Gannon and was awful he lied to us about the gap insurance after we agreed to purchase it out right and said that we could cancel with in 3 months for a full refund so with the down payment and the gap insurance the total was to be $1895 he took our card and ran a charge not for the $1895 but $3000? What the f*** right he returned to the office and we question him about it he then proceeded to take the refund receipt out of his pocket? And said it was an accident by then I was Very irritated so we took the Jeep home and waited the next day to hear about the financing it wasn’t till my wife called at around 4:00 to see about it so she called me and told me to cancel the gap insurance and get a refund I called Troy and asked him to cancel the gap insurance he said it would come off the loan I told him we paid for it out-of-pocket refund the card he said no again you lied to us he wrapped up the $895 into the loan. So after this we were both very irate we ended up speaking with Odinn Johannesson who was amazing he told me to come back the next day and speak with Brandon Campbell I went back Brendan fixed everything that Troy screwed up and lied to us about and I walked away happy like I should have the day I purchased my jeep. So I do recommend this dealership and I would recommend working with John Wright for sales, Brandon Campbell for financing for a manager you have any questions or concerns Odinn Johannesson. Stay away from Troy Gannon he is everything awful about dealerships! More
BEWARE! Service department is running a scam! I purchased an extended warranty on my brand new vehicle and had a rattle sound under the hood when driving above 40 miles per hour. i brought my vehi I purchased an extended warranty on my brand new vehicle and had a rattle sound under the hood when driving above 40 miles per hour. i brought my vehicle into the dealership, which kept my car for 2 days, only to receive a call that the service department had only taken it for a test drive and they confirmed hearing the same sound i described. They asked if i would like to have it taken apart to investigate the cause of the sound. i was warned that just the investigation would cost $580 and they could not tell me if it would be covered under the warranty because they haven’t diagnosed it yet. i told them no, do not do a thing at this point i will just pick it up and take it somewhere else and find out what the sound is. when i went to pick it up, they wanted to charge me $200 for the 5 miles total the “test drive” lasted in order for the technician to verify the sound and type up a note that it sounds like a screw is loose under the hood. i will be escalating this to the GM of this dealership and never will i do business here again. i also will pass along my experience to anyone i hear talking about car buying. absolutely unreasonable! More
