Mixed, not honest after the sale. I bought a used vehicle, and within less then a week it was determined that the battery was out of date and would not hold a charge (stranded me a cou I bought a used vehicle, and within less then a week it was determined that the battery was out of date and would not hold a charge (stranded me a couple of times). Since the battery was "tested and checked" as a part of the dealership's pre-sale-inspection however it was either not checked or checked and they figured no one would notice. A new battery was quoted at $250+/- but it ended up costing me $155.00 since they did agree to pay half. There inability to perform an honest and thorough pre-sale-check should not cost the buyer. Again not an honest dealership and there "word" means little. More

Buyer Beware!!! They will promise you the world and deliver nothing. I bought a car there and when I took it for it's first oil change discovered it needed all new ti They will promise you the world and deliver nothing. I bought a car there and when I took it for it's first oil change discovered it needed all new tires, a new water pump, and new bushings. $3000 worth of work less than 3 months off the lot!! I was assured the insurance I purchased at way too high of a price would cover everything except the tires, and they were wrong. When I told them that the insurance didn't cover, I was strung along for 3 months with promises of "making it right" and "building a relationship". I'm still waiting for them to make it right. And the 7 day guarantee? Another ruse to lure you into feeling like you have a choice. I was assured they had access to hundreds of cars and in the end they showed me two broken down cars as possibilities if I didn't want the one I purchased. You are nothing but a sale - do not fool yourself into believing otherwise. More
