I was very particular in looking for a car, since I was planning to get something to have for at least a decade, and had narrowed my search down precisely to the make, model, year, color, option package, wheels, and beyond. I actually live in Sonoma County, California, but an exhaustive online search indicated that Rairdon's was the only dealer that happened to have exactly the CPO 2016 Grand Cherokee that I wanted that was within a reasonable distance to fly up and drive it home. It was also a terrific price and had low miles. It was a very scary and risky process for me, for any number of reasons. I didn't want to fly up there and find out 1) the car had been sold right before I got there, 2) they wanted to mess around with the price or add a bunch of hidden fees, or 3) the car had some sort of defect or issue that hadn't been disclosed. Because of all these, I had dismissed the idea of flying up several times, but kept coming back to it since I had no idea how long I would have to wait to find the same car with everything I wanted at that kind of price. Nate worked with me over the course of several days, with obviously no assurances that some guy from California was actually going to come up to Washington, and was able to give me the confidence that none of my fears were going to be realized. The night before I flew up, he was working with me up until 10:00 to verify the car was perfect and would still be there when I flew in the next morning. When I met with him, he communicated terrifically through the entire process, never did anything other than what he had indicated the process would be like, and was both friendly and perfectly informative and professional throughout. He was able to figure out exactly what I would need to do to register in California, and after I got back to California, when I had to deal with DMV issues from buying out-of-state, he was still the same guy who was happy and willing and able to help despite the fact that he had already sold me the car. The finance manager was also very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, and there were no hard sales tactics involved. My phone even conked out during my time there, and they helped me find an alternate charger and directed me to the nearest store of my cellular provider where I was able to get it fixed. For what could have been a disaster, Nate and Rairdon's made it flow more smoothly than I probably had any right to hope for. They were great, and went above and beyond what they normally would have needed to do. More

Sold dirty, stained, cigarette-smelling car as "new" I’d advise to stay away from this dealership. We have recently been sold a “new” car in a condition worse than many used cars are in. Food stains on s I’d advise to stay away from this dealership. We have recently been sold a “new” car in a condition worse than many used cars are in. Food stains on seats (front and back), food crumbs on the floor, empty, torn plastic bags, intense perfumes and the stench of cigarettes permeating the interior, missing manuals, an abandoned cigarette lighter. It must have been used as either the cafeteria/smoke room for the agents, or it’s a return from a messy customer that they paid no attention to having cleaned up and restored to a “new” condition. We saw it at night, so we couldn’t see these issues during the test drive. The cigarette/perfume smells were apparent, but we rationally assumed they were from the agent accompanying the test drive, not from the car, especially since we were assured the car was “new”. It’s only the next day that it became obvious how much of a mess that interior was. We took it back to the dealer the next morning. They agreed to clean it up and we picked it up the next day. The interior was a bit cleaner (I guess they vacuumed it), but the food stains were still there and the smell was unchanged. When we pointed that out, the agent insolently offered to have those stains cleaned the next time we come for an oil change in 9 months. Seeing I’m talking to an incompetent person, I left and was later called by another agent for feedback, so I shared my disappointing experience. He offered to have the car cleaned up again, more thoroughly, so we took it back to the dealership again. We picked it up again the next day, they have allegedly cleaned or replaced some filters, but the stains on the seats were still there while the cigarette odor was unchanged. At that point, we went to the dealership management to discuss this. Instead of fixing the problem, he used that as a selling opportunity, suggesting we should buy the leather seats upgrade for an extra $3000 to get rid of the smell. Seriously? We asked him about replacing the car for another one we found in their ads, the same model, pretty much the same price (extra $500 which we were willing to pay), newer year – but he refused. At that point, we gave up on that dealership, certainly never planning to shop there again, or looking for a Jeep again, if that experience is representative of what buying a “new” Jeep is like in our area. More
