service feedback I went to Rairdon's this time as a "default' move...I was a LONG time customer until I sold my Subaru last year. When the Volkswagen dealer said it would be 2 weeks until they could do my oil change,, I knew where I could get excellent and Timely service! I was Not disappointed... The tech went out of his way to service my car, consulting with Volks people to get right and fair cost parts for my car! I am only disappointed that (given my elder status) I cannot recall the gentleman's name! Though to ge fair, I have always had this experience with their service department. More

Not so good today. Better before ownership change. The past few services the times to do the work has gotten longer, for various reasons. Currently for the remodel. The post agent/service review has The past few services the times to do the work has gotten longer, for various reasons. Currently for the remodel. The post agent/service review has almost stopped, not going over the service that was performed and "the needs to keep an eye on (break pads, tires and other little things)." I don't think the service person who did the work actually did the walk around and full competent check. I asked to have the drivers side break light checked and replaced. When the agent located me, I had to ask if the work had be completed. The answer was "no." After the work was done, the agent and I did a quick check, and thought all was complete, I left. Upon returning home I had done a more thorough check and noticed that parking/break light above the one replaced was out and as I did my own walk around, I noticed my daylight/driving light was out (both on the drivers side). These items had be caught in the past by your service people. Diligent work and followthrough. Mentioned was a few liquids were low (break fluid & power steering fluid), also in the past those would have been adjusted or added. Knowing that I will be having more work coming soon (150,000 mi service). More
