Extremely helpful. Service is great, every one is nice. John will go over use tips multiple times if you need. Tyler in trade up office is straight forward and to the point. No hedging and finance great also. Oh and servicing is easy, nice waiting area, very efficient.

I've always had a good experience when visiting the Tacoma Subaru dealership! The staff there are not only friendly and professional, but genuinely treated me as a person and not some blank face. They've not only helped me with recommendations when I've gotten service but also explained what it's worth doing at the time and what could honestly wait. Other dealerships I've been to would be quick to maximize how much a person would spend while getting service. I'd like to especially call or Lisa, at the service department, who was such a pleasure to work with! All in all, I can get my car serviced anywhere but I keep going back to Tacoma Subaru for the experience and people like Lisa. Highly recommend!

I listed my 2024 Tesla Model on FB. The price was excellent for its condition, milage and features but it got tiring dealing with low ball offers and people not understanding how to value a vehicle. Brennan at Subaru Of Puyallup saw my FB listing and contacted me. His offer was almost full price. I was at first hesitant but spoke to his manager and they both said if the vehicle checks out as described in the listing it they would give me the price quoted in the FB message. Went in today, everything checked out and the entire process was about an hour to get my check and head home. I know my vehicle was worth a bit more but it was so tiring doing this on my own so I do recommend you check them out and contact Brennan as his offer was good and the process was very smooth.
