I previously condemned this outfit as doing business like a small time used car lot. I affirm that re their high pressure to get everytheing they can force out of you but also their reconditioning of used in a small time used car lot. My car: bad wipers, bone dry windshield washer, headlight out requiring wiring repair and who knows what else at this point. Thumbs down on this shabby Subaru dealer. Find another dealership. More

Do NOT go to Rairdon's Subaru looking for a used car. They are the epitome of used car salesmen that have no integrity and don't deserve your business. I drove an hour to Rairdon's to check out a used They are the epitome of used car salesmen that have no integrity and don't deserve your business. I drove an hour to Rairdon's to check out a used car, which ended up looking really nice. Once they laid out the final out the door price I was shocked. They put down $900 for WA estimated WA registration. Really? I looked it up on the internet as we sat there and it appeared to be more like $350 at most for my situation. When I questioned it they said "don't worry, you'll get the money back from the state if it ends up being too high, maybe even a hundred dollars." Really? I have never heard of such a tactic. Anyway, we finally settled on a price and he made me sign a paper with the cost breakdown along with the manager's signature. We agreed that I would come in with a check the next day and purchase the car (I needed a day to transfer money to my account). I touched base with them twice the next day and drove up that evening. Then I got a call that they sold the car. What? I had volunteered multiple times the day before to put down a deposit and they said we could just wait until the next day. And then they sold it out from under me in less than 24 hours. So much for integrity. I will never do business with these slimy salesmen again and I strongly urge you to do the same. If you are looking for a Subaru, I would suggest Peninsula Subaru where my wife bought her car a few years back. The difference is black and white. Just stay away from Rairdon or you will regret it.
