Very good service but Another three hour wait! This is the second time in a row that I have waited around three hours for an oil change. (Though I should add that this time I had to have a tire re This is the second time in a row that I have waited around three hours for an oil change. (Though I should add that this time I had to have a tire replaced as well.) Quality of the service is very good. But they don’t take appointments for oil changes it doesn’t motivate me to go back to the dealer for these kinds of services. The service rep did a great job of explaining the cost related to the tire. They do a thorough inspection and report that to me as well so overall they do an excellent job but it’s much too much time for me to give up. More
