A fantastic experience from start to finish. We called our previous dealer to get pricing as our car was coming off a lease. He said that there was no pull forward available and quoted us a ridiculously our previous dealer to get pricing as our car was coming off a lease. He gave a us a great deal from square one including pull forward and we picked the new car up the next day. Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly I visited Rallye BMW and was lucky enough to be greeted by Mika. I visited the dealership purely out of curiosity and two weeks later I drove off in a I visited Rallye BMW and was lucky enough to be greeted by Mika. I visited the dealership purely out of curiosity and two weeks later I drove off in a brand new 530i xdrive. Mika's approach is refreshing and unlike any other brand representatives that I have ever met. She is helpful, and customer centered. Being relatively new to leasing after a decade owning an Audi, Mika reviewed options with me and provided sound advice. This was my best dealership experience and I attribute that to Mika's unique approach. As long as my financial situation permits it, I will be a customer for life. My kids who are 6 and 4 had a great time at the dealership and Mika made sure they were comfortable during this process. More
