George Javier is a first-class professional who represents the textbook definition of good service through a commanding understanding of his product and his appreciation of the concept of respect and consideration for the customer. A customer seeks a sense of fairness and consideration from an automobile salesperson. At Rallye BMW I have been quite comfortable in receiving both. From the initial discussion of the specific vehicle to the ultimate delivery of same with the concomitant tutorials on its technology etc., George was always available to answer any question posed with an obvious commitment to clear and unambiguous answers. My recent purchase of a 2016 BMW 750 represents the seventh BMW purchased over the past 14 years. Most of those vehicles were purchased in Florida. However, the customer experience received at Rallye BMW during the last two of these purchases was unparalleled.
