Not thorough Usually service at Manhattan BMW. When I picked up my car it was not clean. The back seat had dirt stains and the mats were dirty. It was re cleaned Usually service at Manhattan BMW. It used to be the best Service I just got a 2015 BMW as a second owner. I live in Great Neck, but I went there in particular because I used to fix and maintain my cars for more than I just got a 2015 BMW as a second owner. I live in Great Neck, but I went there in particular because I used to fix and maintain my cars for more than decade. The sevice advisor told me that we can’t change your oil or change the brake fluid as a part of the maintenance because starting from 2014 NO transfer maintenance. I told him I didn’t know that and the person who schedule my car service over the phone should of advise that during that phone call. And I think based on that and the history I have with Rallye as a loyal customer change the oil and the brake fluid as courtesy this time but he refused. Strange his name( Jonathan ) is not even on the selected service list. More
