I purchased a 2011 BMW on July 8, 2010 from Mr. Bill Wagner. On this date we mutually agreed to the signed contract which I was most pleased with. The day before delivery, Mr. Wagner informed me the contract needed to be modified, thereby increasing my monthly payment. This caused me much distress and confusion, and I seriously considered walking away from the deal. A discount which was applied to the deal on July 8 allegedly did not apply to a 2011 3 series which I planned to lease. I was informed of this the day before delivery, under the guise of, "it's still a great deal!" I was deeply disappointed that a car dealership as reputable as BMW would hold the customer responsible for its employees mistakes, and this is not acceptable. What saved my first experience from being a complete failure with BMW was Mr. Wagner's friendly deportment and the BMW dealership's agreeing to the original, SIGNED contract. If not, this deal would have been dead in the water. If Mr. Wagner was following employee protocol when attempting to modify a signed contract, BMW seriously needs to consider reevaluation of procedures and best practices. If he attempted to modify a signed contract after realizing mistakes on his own, well, his credibility and professionalism are extremely suspect. This unfortunate experience has indeed been rectified in my BMW's performance. I truly love the car, and understand why it is referred to as a "machine." More

When purchasing the car I was completely satisfied with the car and everything about it. I recently brought it in for my second service appointment in which things could not have gone smoother. I was a little late in bringing the vehicle in and got no problems whatsoever, received a great loaner and was out within 15 minutes. I got a call several hours later telling me my car was ready, and when picking it up was treated with the same friendliness and compitence I had been given in the morning. Couldn't have had friendlier/faster service and I will recommend to anyone interested in a BMW. More
i can't remember the name of the sales, but when i went in to get some prices on leasing a X5, after some waiting around, a sales person approached me. so i ask i want to get some pricing on the 2011 X5, h in to get some prices on leasing a X5, after some waiting around, a sales person approached me. so i ask i want to get some pricing on the 2011 X5, he then respond with this " oh you can get our prices on bmwusa.com " are you serious? i thought to my head, was there a " buy " button i can purchase directly from bmwusa.com? thats the dumbest thing i've heard from a car sales person. so we headed to his desk and then he actually proceeded to bmw's website and actually wrote down exactly what the website had the lease for! and then looked at me as that should satisfy my inquire about pricing. not once did he ask me any questions or ask me did i want to test drive.. NOTHING !!!!! NEVER AGAIN I WOULD GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP! OR ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience Thank you Rallye for treating me this horribly and it lead me to find a Park Ave BMW near my home! and now i am picking up a 2011 lease in a few days! More
