Excellent experience working with Peter Diaz and Rich Isaac on our 2011 CPO X5 deal. We live in upstate CT, but chose to do business with Rallye in Long Island after a lengthy search due to finding the right vehicle, at the right price, with the right colors, options, mileage, condition, and service record. Peter is friendly, open, and honest, and this attitude was further reinforced in interactions with Rich. When we arrived with the family to see the X5, Peter ensured it was in top show condition, which sealed the deal within a few minutes of the test drive. By the vehicle pickup the following week, Peter ensured that everything about the car was in perfect order, and arranged for the vehicle advisor to brief my wife on the X5's features, which she really enjoyed as a new BMW driver. The CarFax for my vehicle clearly showed that Rallye was meticulous in vehicle service during the original lease period, and meticulous in vehicle service after lease return. Rallye is one of the largest and high volume BMW dealerships in the country, and their attention to detail in servicing, detailing, and meticulously final prepping our vehicle making it a very desirable and no headache buy shows their customer first centric attitude. I am a very meticulous hands-on car owner, and there was practically almost nothing I needed to do after the CPO purchase. That clearly reinforced that we bought the car from the right place.
