He knew his material, explained every option available to me, and tried to get me into the vehicle that best served my needs. He was NOT pushy like most salesman. He just really wanted to do what is right by me, and give me a deal that I was comfortable with. I will buy another BMW in the years to come, and would never even consider buying it anywhere but Ralleye. Nor, by the way, would I ever use another salesman except Shane Pitta. I have recommended him to everyone I know that might be interested in purchasing a BMW in the future.
