I was hounded by my salesman to get my insurance in acting like it was my fault and called repeatedly at work. They abused my trade in Porsche right infront of my which really makes me not want to service my car there again. After I gave them some feedback on how they should act infront of a customer I found boogers in my cupholder and smeared along the Idrive knob, windshield and center channel speaker cover. I was very unimpressed with my process. More

And to my surprise, the car was delivered 10 days ahead of schedule! Unheard of in this field. Gabe was friendly, honest, genuine and went above and beyond to satisfy. I am 100 percent satisfied which is very rare because I am admittedly high maintenance and difficult to deal with. I had zero problems with Gabriel.
