Despite not having an appointment, I walked into Rallye BMW and was greeted immediately by the reception staff and introduced to Richard Isaac. I explained to Rich I was just considering a CPO 550xi and not really sure if I was going to making a purchase. Still given all the courtesy as if the sale was already made, Rich took me see the car I was interested in. I was pleased to see a beautiful low mileage car priced right at what I had been hoping to spend. SOLD! Rich and Rallye BMW also made sure the car was upgraded with a few features that were important to me. Delivery was tricky being 40+ miles away from the dealer, however, Rich made sure he was able to accommodate my schedule. Following delivery, I asked Rich how to get a hold of a specific part for the car. I was pleasantly surprised when he went out of his way to get me the part. If... When I decide to upgrade next, I can say with certainty I will be returning to Rich Isaac and Rallye BMW. More
