Afterwards, we sat down, discussed all about the cars they had, what types of things I was looking for, each individual feature and what packages encompassed what, when that feature was put in place, etc. His depth of knowledge was very impressive, but what I enjoyed more was, instead of trying to sell me what was on the lot, he listened to what I wanted, and then recommended I factory order a car. We went through the process, starting not at a fully loaded model, but instead going feature by feature that I had expressed interest in. He was extremely upfront and transparent about how much he would sell the vehicle for instead of playing games back and forth and that amount matched what I expected from my "homework" (George was very impressed that I came with all of the printouts from car websites about what things should cost and even thanked me for doing so). After ordering the car, George kept me updated throughout the entire process. When the car finally did arrive, he made sure to walk down to the delivery room with me and make sure I was totally satisfied before turning me over to Dillon (who I would also totally recommend working with, extremely bright guy who knew everything about every detail of the car). We discussed details about the vehicle and soon went for a test drive, which I was never able to do at Mercedes. I then decided to go ahead with the purchase, which was made easy by Mr. Hale. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to give me insight as well as answer all of my questions. I was then directed to Amanda Tully, who worked out the details of my loan. She was also very friendly and informative. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Rallye and am looking forward to doing business with them again.
