Past performers only regurgitate what the techs tell them. Carol was INFORMED in many technical details and could give insight on approach keeping in mind cost and long term opportunity. More

A Million times more professional and helpful than Freeport I had many issues with the Freeport service center and was almost ready to end my lease early due to the bad experience and unprofessional service. When I went to Rallye - the experience was completely the opposite. My service manager Dennis was extremely helpful, responsive, and very professional. There was a slight hold up with the parts not being ready on time, but I was notified of this immediately and was able to keep the loaner until my car was ready, without losing a beat. I have already my sister (also a BMW owner) to use the RallyE service center from now on and all other family and friends that I know. More

The car was being delivered without the cap and the M sport emblem. I had to tell them to fix the issues which in my opinion is poor service. Every little details matter and I expect total satisfaction. I hope there will be no issues during my next visit. More
