Great Visit It was a good visit. I brought my car in for a recall. They took me in very promptly and my loaner was ready quickly. They treated me courteously and It was a good visit. Adam Ramano, my service advisor was there and as usual handled my service needs promptly and advised me they would call me when my car was ready. He also noticed that my inspection was going to expire shortly and had my inspection done on my car was in the shop. He provided excellent customer service. More

Great service Rallye service is great, this is my second car with Rallye and my service is done at Rallye. Since I was so satisfied with my first purchase and se Rallye service is great, this is my second car with Rallye and my service is done at Rallye. Since I was so satisfied with my first purchase and service I purchase again with extra warranty only to have my car serviced and be told 3 additional things need to be done that are not covered. This is very disappointing and leaves me saying why did I spend additional money for additional warranty and thing are not covered Very very very disappointed. More
Absolute pro’s I came in for General Service (oil & filter, fluids check, etc.). I arrived 25 minutes late, completely my fault, and there was a line of 5-7 cars in I came in for General Service (oil & filter, fluids check, etc.). I arrived 25 minutes late, completely my fault, and there was a line of 5-7 cars in each lane. I thought I was in for trouble however the line moved faster than a Starbucks drive thru and my service representative, Raphael, was there to greet me, walk me thru what we were doing to the car and took the time to make sure he understood any other concerns that didn’t come up from the cars computer. Before I knew it my loaner was being pulled around front and I was heading out to continue my day. The communication thru the day via phone, email, and text kept me in the loop and returning the car was seamless as well. More

Tires Replaced two tires. When I left the service area and was heading home the warning light came on. Key battery was dead and one of the tires was re Replaced two tires.
