After a bad experience at Lexus of Brooklyn, I tried Rallye Lexus, and the difference was like night and day. Please return car the same way it was received (parking assist, blind side monitors, lane departure, auto lights) were all turned off when car was received. The Rallye service center is friendly and efficient. They offered me a loaner car because the service took longer than expected which was declined but sincerely appreciated.
