Rallye Lexus IS always on point. They called me for a recall set up the appointment and had a loaner car waiting. They also go over the car informed me that I will need other services but weren’t pushy t recall set up the appointment and had a loaner car waiting. Yes they were awesome. I feel that the service was excellent. I arrived on time and they took me right away and the loaner was waiting.
