Russ is a pleasure to work with. His customer service is excellent and personal. I found it unusual to require a replacement of the fuel line, as a result of my check engine light on,since my car is a 2005 excellent and personal. I do appreciate the discount given to me. Also a disappointment is that both the interior top door handles have come out of the socket. Mercedes has a reputation of producing well built cars. I am the only driver and most of the time in the car by myself and take pride in the appearance of my car. This and previos cars ahve always been serviced by Rallye. Jerry Sherry was great to work with. This is the second new car I purchased from him. I met with him on Friday at 9:45 AM and told him I would like the car that day by 5:00 PM. They took care of the fi new car I purchased from him. I met with him on Friday at 9:45 AM and told him I would like the car that day by 5:00 PM. They took care of the financing prep work and more amazing they were able to get the windows tinted and Lo-Jack installed. At 5:00PM the car was ready and they had some spend an hour and half explaining the working of all the electronics on the car. Everybody at Rallye from the start of the sale to the completion was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to my friends and family! More

We scheduled an appointment for our Mercedes Sprinter a week ago for standard "B"service and wheel alignment. We arrived for our 7am appointment and were told it might take 4 hours. After 4 hours we were i week ago for standard "B"service and wheel alignment. We arrived for our 7am appointment and were told it might take 4 hours. After 4 hours we were informed they did not have a gas filter so that could not be done and the wheel alignment would be done shortly. We were constantly told "almost" from 4 hours to 7 hours. I have never been so insulted with the excuses and lies. The last time we had this same service done on the vehicle in Alaska it only took 2.5 hours. More

Andy knows his product inside out and patiently answered all of our questions. He was generous with his time and thoughtful with his recommendations for us. Most of all, he was available, responsive, and at every step of the process, he had a smile on his face. I also work in a service industry (selling real estate) and appreciate what it is like to work on commission. We never felt pressure from Andy, only a sincere desire to please. From the inception of the information gathering process to taking delivery of the car, he was an absolute pro: consistently able to answer questions and consistently delivering service with a smile.
