At Ralph Hayes Toyota we strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction with all service visits to our service department. As a customer courtesy we provide a free multi point inspection on every vehicle in an effort to make sure that every customer is aware of preventative options for there vehicle. We provide the information to the customer and then let the customer advise us as to what they would like to do to there vehicle. We do hold our employees to a high standard and accountable for providing the necessary information to the customer in a timely manner. Our ultimate goal is to keep our customers informed and to advise them on the best options to keep the vehicle operating for many years. Toyota has a reputation for durability and a large part of that is due to the preventative services that are preformed at different service intervals.
