It's unusual for parts to fail on a vehicle with < 10000 miles that causes you to be stranded. Blame it on the EPA snd foreign sourced electronic control boards. Eli was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Knowledgeable, pleasant, personable, very diligent. The manager of the dealership, however, failed to recognize someone who has purc car dealership. Knowledgeable, pleasant, personable, very diligent. The manager of the dealership, however, failed to recognize someone who has purchased several vehicles, maybe 5 or more, over the past few years and allowed a fairly new sales person to help me when I arrived at the dealership. Eli took over & “saved the day”. As a result I had to get out of a 6 cylinder vehicle & get the larger engine. This cost me time & money. I would return for my next vehicle if I were to have Eli assist me. More
